1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the application Echo Alarm and the website mechatronika-tech.com, both operated by LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY MECHATRONIKA (“MECHATRONIKA, LLC”). By accessing or using Echo Alarm, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Echo Alarm is a software application provided by MECHATRONIKA, LLC. The features, functionality and availability of Echo Alarm may evolve over time as the application is improved, extended or adapted to changing technical and regulatory conditions.

3. Use of the Service

You may use Echo Alarm only in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. Access is granted on a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable basis for lawful purposes.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials used to access Echo Alarm, for all activity carried out under those credentials, and for ensuring that any information provided through Echo Alarm is accurate and lawful.

5. Intellectual Property

Echo Alarm, including its software, design, content, trademarks and documentation, is owned by MECHATRONIKA, LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted other than the limited right to use Echo Alarm as described in these Terms.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to misuse Echo Alarm, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, reverse engineering it except where permitted by law, or using it to violate the rights of others or applicable regulations.

7. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep Echo Alarm available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may be added, modified or discontinued, and these Terms may be updated to reflect such changes.

8. Disclaimers

Echo Alarm is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, except to the extent such warranties cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MECHATRONIKA, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue or business, arising from or related to the use of Echo Alarm.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Echo Alarm at any time if these Terms are violated, if continued provision would create legal or operational risk, or if Echo Alarm is discontinued. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

11. Governing Terms

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MECHATRONIKA, LLC regarding Echo Alarm and supersede prior understandings on the same subject matter. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in force.
